Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help train AI systems on industrial, production, and supply chain challenges. You will design and evaluate scenarios grounded in real-world manufacturing contexts, ensuring accuracy and operational realism for AI models focused on the Indian market.
What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios in English or Japanese
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and engineering analysis tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in supply chain operations
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in target language with strong professional English skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in roles such as Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing environments and safety standards
- Ability to commit to at least 10 hours of work per week
