This role leverages your expertise in Indian manufacturing environments to improve how AI handles complex industrial tasks.
What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios in English or target language
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and engineering analysis tasks
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy, safety, and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in supply chain operations
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in target language and strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics
- Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing environments and operational safety standards
- Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours per week with reliable availability
