What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving and production management tasks
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and safety awareness
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for Indian supply chain operations
What you'll need
- Native-level Odia proficiency with strong professional English skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Background in procurement, engineering, logistics, or production supervision
- Deep understanding of Indian manufacturing environments and safety standards
- Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week to project tasks
