Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help train AI systems on industrial, production, and supply chain challenges. You will design and evaluate scenarios grounded in real-world manufacturing contexts, ensuring accuracy and operational realism for AI models.
What you'll do
- Design realistic manufacturing and industrial operations scenarios in English or Spanish
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and engineering analysis
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in target language and strong professional English
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain
- Background in Procurement, Production Supervision, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of industrial workflows and safety standards
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- Independent contractor status (1099)
