What you'll do
- Design realistic media scenarios in Nepali or English based on Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making and production coordination
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and cultural fit
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for journalism and broadcast workflows
What you'll need
- Native-level Nepali proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in media, broadcasting, journalism, or content production
- Background in audio/video production, editing, news reporting, or media management
- Strong understanding of editorial workflows and Indian media environments
- Ability to commit to at least 10 hours per week with reliable availability
