Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help refine AI systems for Indian media, broadcasting, and digital content. You will design and evaluate scenarios grounded in editorial and production workflows, ensuring cultural accuracy and operational realism in Odia and English contexts.
What you'll do
- Design realistic media scenarios in Odia or English based on Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making and content analysis tasks
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for journalism and broadcast best practices
What you'll need
- Native-level Odia proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, or Content Production
- Background in audio/video production, editing, or broadcast operations
- Strong understanding of editorial workflows and Indian media environments
How you'll work
- Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling
- No fixed hours, but requires reliable availability
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
