You will design realistic operational scenarios and evaluate responses to ensure accuracy and industry compliance. This position requires deep knowledge of property management, leasing, and tenant relations within French markets.
What you'll do
- Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios grounded in operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interaction and leasing workflows
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting industry best practices
What you'll need
- Native French proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Leasing
- Background in brokerage, sales, concierge services, or tenant relations
- Strong understanding of French real estate environments and workflows
- Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week consistently
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
- Work availability fluctuates based on project demand
- Contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
