Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to support an AI benchmarking project focused on the Indian real estate and hospitality sectors. You will design realistic operational scenarios and evaluate AI responses for accuracy in property management, leasing, and customer service contexts.
This position is ideal for professionals with deep industry knowledge who want to contribute to language technology development. You will work independently, creating gold-standard solutions that help AI systems understand complex real-world interactions in residential and commercial properties.
What you'll do
- Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interaction and leasing workflows
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting industry best practices
What you'll need
- Native Kannada speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Leasing
- Background in brokerage, sales, tenant relations, or facilities coordination
- Strong understanding of Indian real estate environments and customer service workflows
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
