Join LILT as an independent contractor to help train AI systems on realistic operational challenges in the Indian real estate sector. You will design scenarios and evaluate responses related to leasing, tenant relations, and property management, ensuring cultural and factual accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design realistic leasing and property management scenarios grounded in Indian operations
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer service and sales workflows
- Review AI and human responses for accuracy and policy compliance
- Create gold standard solutions based on industry best practices
What you'll need
- Native Marathi speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Leasing
- Background in brokerage, tenant relations, or facility coordination
- Deep understanding of Indian real estate environments and workflows
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
