Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to support an AI benchmarking project focused on the Indian real estate and hospitality sectors. You will design realistic operational scenarios and evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy and service quality in leasing, sales, and property management contexts.
What you'll do
- Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interaction and leasing workflows
- Review AI and human-generated responses for accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting industry best practices
What you'll need
- Native Odia speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in real estate, property management, or leasing
- Background in brokerage, sales, concierge services, or tenant relations
- Strong understanding of Indian real estate environments and workflows
- Ability to commit minimum 10 hours per week with reliable availability

- Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling
