Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to support an AI benchmarking project focused on the Indian real estate and hospitality sectors. You will design realistic operational scenarios and evaluate AI responses for accuracy and cultural relevance in leasing, sales, and tenant relations.
What you'll do
- Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interaction and leasing workflows
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute gold standard solutions reflecting industry best practices in India
What you'll need
- Native Tamil speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Leasing
- Background in brokerage, sales, concierge services, or tenant relations
- Strong understanding of Indian real estate environments and customer service workflows
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor position
- No fixed hours or micromanagement
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Contractors responsible for their own tax obligations
