What you'll do
- Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interaction and leasing workflows
- Review AI and human-generated responses for accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute gold standard solutions reflecting industry best practices
What you'll need
- Native Telugu speaker with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Leasing
- Background in brokerage, sales, concierge services, or tenant relations
- Strong understanding of Indian real estate environments and workflows
- Ability to commit minimum 10 hours per week consistently
How you'll work
- Independent contractor position (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- No fixed hours or mandatory check-ins
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours daily or 10 hours weekly
