Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian real estate and hospitality environments. You will design realistic scenarios and evaluate responses related to property management, leasing workflows, and customer service challenges.
This position is ideal for professionals with deep industry knowledge who want to contribute to language technology development. You will work independently to create gold-standard solutions that help AI systems understand complex operational contexts.
What you'll do
- Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interaction and operational problem-solving tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting industry best practices in India
What you'll need
- Native Urdu proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Leasing
- Background in roles such as brokerage, sales, or tenant relations
- Strong understanding of Indian real estate environments and workflows
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling
- Fully remote work from any eligible location
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
