Join LILT as an independent contractor to help refine AI systems for the Indian retail sector. You will design operational scenarios and evaluate responses across supermarkets, pharmacies, and department stores, ensuring cultural and procedural accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving and compliance tasks
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and realism
- Create gold standard solutions for retail and pharmacy operations
- Cover areas like inventory, fraud prevention, and customer service
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in Assamese
- Strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Retail or Store Operations
- Background in pharmacy, loss prevention, or retail management
- Deep understanding of Indian retail environments and compliance
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
