Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help train AI systems on Indian retail and consumer-facing contexts. You will design operational scenarios, adapt evaluation rubrics, and review responses for accuracy and realism across supermarkets, pharmacies, and department stores. This role leverages your expertise in store operations, customer service, and compliance to improve how AI handles commercial challenges.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Bengali or English based on Indian operational contexts
- Adapt structured rubrics for problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and operational realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in Indian retail and pharmacy
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in Bengali with strong professional English skills
- Minimum five years of experience in Retail, Store Operations, or Pharmacy Operations
- Background in roles such as Store Management, Loss Prevention, or Customer Experience
- Strong understanding of Indian retail environments, inventory management, and compliance
- Reliable availability for at least two hours per day or ten hours per week
