What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Gujarati or English based on Indian operations
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in Indian retail
- Cover areas like inventory management, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention
What you'll need
- Native-level Gujarati proficiency with strong professional English skills
- 5+ years of experience in Retail, Store Operations, or Pharmacy Operations
- Background in roles such as Store Management, Loss Prevention, or Fraud Investigation
- Strong understanding of Indian retail environments and customer service workflows
- Knowledge of compliance procedures, inventory management, and retail security
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role (1099)
