You will design operational scenarios, adapt evaluation rubrics, and review responses for accuracy and realism across supermarkets, pharmacies, and department stores. This role leverages your deep industry knowledge to improve how AI handles customer service, compliance, and management challenges.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Malayalam or English based on Indian operations
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and operational realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in Indian retail
What you'll need
- Native-level Malayalam proficiency with strong professional English skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, store operations, or pharmacy operations
- Background in roles such as store management, loss prevention, or fraud investigation
- Strong understanding of Indian retail environments and customer service workflows
- Reliable availability for at least 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
