Join LILT as a Subject Matter Expert to help shape how AI systems understand Indian retail contexts. You will design and evaluate scenarios covering store operations, customer service, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention. Your expertise ensures AI responses are factually accurate and operationally realistic.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Marathi or English based on Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for accuracy and operational realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices in Indian retail
What you'll need
- Native-level Marathi proficiency with strong professional English skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, store operations, or pharmacy management
- Background in roles such as sales supervision, loss prevention, or fraud investigation
- Deep understanding of Indian retail environments and customer service workflows
- Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week or 2 hours per day
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role (1099)
