Join LILT as an independent contractor to help train AI systems on accurate retail operations within the Indian market. You will design and evaluate scenarios covering store management, customer service, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention, ensuring high-quality data for language technology projects.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios grounded in Indian operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving and compliance tasks
- Review AI and human responses for accuracy and realism
- Create gold standard solutions for retail and pharmacy operations
- Cover areas like inventory, fraud prevention, and sales supervision
What you'll need
- Native-level Nepali with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Retail, Store Ops, or Pharmacy Operations
- Background in roles like Loss Prevention or Store Management
- Strong understanding of Indian retail environments and compliance
- Knowledge of customer service workflows and inventory management
How you'll work
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling
- Not suitable as a primary full-time income source
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- No fixed hours, check-ins, or micromanagement
