What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Odia or English based on Indian contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and compliance
- Review AI and human responses for accuracy and operational realism
- Create gold standard solutions for retail and pharmacy best practices
What you'll need
- Native-level proficiency in Odia
- Strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years experience in Retail or Store Operations
- Background in pharmacy, loss prevention, or retail management
- Deep understanding of Indian retail environments and compliance
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
