This role leverages your domain expertise to ensure AI understands complex retail challenges.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Tamil or English based on Indian operations
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving and customer interactions
- Review AI and human responses for factual accuracy and policy compliance
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for retail and pharmacy workflows
- Ensure operational realism in sales, loss prevention, and management tasks
What you'll need
- Native-level Tamil proficiency with strong professional English
- 5+ years experience in Retail, Store Operations, or Pharmacy
- Background in sales supervision, management, or loss prevention
- Strong understanding of Indian retail environments and compliance
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer service workflows
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
