You will design and evaluate scenarios covering store operations, customer service, pharmacy workflows, and loss prevention. Your expertise ensures AI responses are accurate, compliant, and operationally realistic across various retail sectors.
What you'll do
- Design realistic retail scenarios in Spanish or English based on operational contexts
- Adapt evaluation rubrics for problem-solving, customer interactions, and compliance
- Review AI and human-generated responses for accuracy and operational realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions for retail and pharmacy operations
What you'll need
- Native-level Mexican Spanish with strong professional English proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, store operations, or pharmacy
- Background in roles such as store management, loss prevention, or fraud investigation
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows and inventory management
- Familiarity with Indian retail environments and commercial operations
How you'll work
- Fully remote independent contractor role (1099)
- Flexible schedule with no fixed hours or micromanagement
- Minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
- Not suitable as a primary income source due to fluctuating demand
