Join HyperHug, an international studio focused on the shooter genre, to support players of Oxide: Survival Island. You will provide accurate assistance via SDK, manage Discord community issues, and collaborate with developers by validating bug reports.
The team operates globally with a main hub in Cyprus. You will work independently to resolve cases, update FAQs, and configure basic automations while adhering to a fixed schedule that includes weekends.
What you'll do
- Respond to player inquiries via SDK with clarity and empathy
- Categorize, tag, and escalate support tickets as needed
- Review complaints and apply account actions like bans
- Update and create FAQ or knowledge base articles
- Monitor Discord for bug reports and player issues
- Validate community bugs and prepare tickets for developers
- Support SDK automations and adjust rules
- Identify recurring problems and provide structured feedback
What you'll need
- Experience in customer support, preferably in gaming or mobile
- Strong written English with clear communication skills
- Familiarity with SDK and willingness to learn automation
- Ability to follow processes and document actions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Available for fixed 5-day schedule including weekends
- Available for shifts 15:00–00:00 or 21:00–06:00 Cyprus time
Nice to have
- Fluent Russian language skills
- Experience with Appfollow or similar platforms
