Join the the company operations team to provide continuous support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will own technical work from diagnosis to resolution, covering incidents, requests, problems, and changes across on-premises and cloud platforms.
The position requires hands-on administration of Windows, Linux, virtualization, and storage technologies. You will focus on restoring service, improving system performance, and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
What you'll do
- Perform troubleshooting, remediation, and maintenance across supported technologies
- Own incidents and requests through resolution with clear customer communication
- Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
