Join the the company operations team to provide continuous support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will handle incidents, changes, and maintenance across on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring service reliability and performance.
The position requires owning technical tasks from diagnosis to resolution, including troubleshooting, patching, and documentation. You will work within an ITIL framework to manage service levels and improve system processes.
What you'll do
- Perform troubleshooting, remediation, and maintenance across supported technologies
- Own incidents, requests, and changes through to resolution or escalation
- Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
