Join Air Apps as a System Administrator to maintain secure and efficient internal operations. You will oversee device management, cloud services, and user access for a global team while working onsite in Lisbon.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and cloud services
- Oversee user access, provisioning, and identity management via Okta or Azure AD
- Enforce network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies
- Monitor hardware and software performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security best practices including MFA and role-based access control
- Support company-wide tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Atlassian
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding account setups
- Automate IT operations and workflows to improve efficiency
- Maintain software licenses, compliance records, and IT documentation
- Provide technical support and training to staff members
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in IT or systems administration
- Experience managing cloud-based environments like Google Workspace or AWS
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions like Jamf or Intune
- Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust models
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations like GDPR
- Strong problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment

- Experience with IT automation and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
