You will maintain the company's IT environment, overseeing device management, network security, and identity access. This position ensures a secure and efficient workspace for employees by managing cloud services and internal systems.
Based in the Lisbon office, you will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enforce security best practices.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications and cloud services.
- Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms.
- Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are enforced.
- Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Implement security best practices such as multi-factor authentication and RBAC.
- Support company-wide SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Atlassian.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up or deactivating accounts.
- Automate IT operations and workflows to improve overall system efficiency.
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in IT or systems administration.
- Experience managing cloud-based environments like Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
- Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust models.
- Strong understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.

- Experience with IT automation and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
