You will standardize Windows endpoints to ensure operational efficiency and security across the enterprise fleet. The work focuses on executing monthly patching, managing Group Policies, and using advanced scripting to streamline maintenance tasks.
What you'll do
- Execute end-to-end testing and deployment of monthly Microsoft OS patches
- Drive fleet-wide automation using PowerShell and MECM for software deployment
- Resolve top-tier escalation issues beyond frontline support capabilities
- Use AI tools to analyze logs and predict hardware reliability issues
- Lead cross-departmental coordination and mentor support staff
- Manage vendors and evaluate third-party service delivery
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience as a system administrator
- Expert-level PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Experience supporting Windows desktop OS in enterprise environments
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to participate in at least one in-person interview
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS WorkSpaces
- Knowledge of MECM co-management with Microsoft Intune
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
