This position focuses on maintaining system integrity and providing technical assistance for lottery operations. You will monitor telecommunication devices, verify data accuracy, and support field service teams with installations and troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Monitor and troubleshoot 3G, 4G, DSL, and satellite devices
- Verify data integrity across multiple systems
- Assist with QA testing for new lottery terminal software
- Generate reports for customers, management, or developers
- Operate proprietary Intralot software applications
- Monitor system hardware availability and status
- Process customer requests for installs or ownership changes
- Support Field Service Technicians via phone for troubleshooting
- Follow documented checklists for daily work assignments
- Assist Call Center Operators with incoming store calls
What you'll need
- High school diploma plus one year of related experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT preferred
- Knowledge of networking and data communications
- Ability to troubleshoot using documented procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of various operating systems
- PC and peripheral troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn new methodologies and software
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Valid documentation for US employment eligibility
