You will handle desk side support requests, ensuring user accounts and application services remain stable within secure environments. The role involves triaging issues based on urgency and maintaining organized IT infrastructure through proper hardware deployment and cable management.
What you'll do
- Manage and resolve desk side support requests via enterprise ticketing system
- Ensure stability of NIPR/SIPR systems, user accounts, and application services
- Triage workflow based on issue urgency and business impact
- Maintain organized IT environments with proper cable management
- Execute routine hardware maintenance and technical tasks
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and peripheral issues
What you'll need
- BS degree plus two years experience, or four years relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with VMware or enterprise virtualization technologies
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Working knowledge of networking protocols and system security best practices
- Understanding of DoD compliance frameworks, STIGs, and hardening standards
- Active Secret security clearance is required
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required
