As a RevOps Systems Architect at ElevenLabs, you will own the technical direction of the company's CRM and go-to-market tooling. You will act as both architect and hands-on builder, designing scalable systems that integrate Salesforce with data warehouses, billing platforms, and AI tools.

This position requires deep expertise in Salesforce development and a strong systems mindset to translate ambiguous business needs into robust technical solutions. You will collaborate with engineering and revenue leaders to ensure data integrity and drive automation across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Own the architecture of GTM systems, including Salesforce object models and data flow standards.
  • Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools like data warehouses and billing systems.
  • Develop automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services to power end-to-end GTM processes.
  • Build Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents to extend CRM functionality into AI-driven workflows.
  • Create SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting to ensure data trustworthiness.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategies from design to rollout.
  • Establish best practices for testing, documentation, and technical debt while mentoring teammates.

What you'll need

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development with complex org ownership.
  • Strong Apex skills for designing, building, and debugging triggers and custom logic independently.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, or custom services.
  • Proficiency in SQL for decomposing questions into structured queries with complex joins.
  • Systems mindset capable of tracing end-to-end GTM processes and anticipating downstream impacts.
  • Ability to scope problems, make architecture calls, and drive projects with minimal direction.
  • Clear communication skills to explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in AI-native systems and experience experimenting with Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
