As a Systems Software Programmer Consultant, you will lead the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 solutions, including model-driven apps and Dataverse tables. You will design system architectures, manage security roles, and enforce least privilege principles while adhering to strict governance standards.
The work includes administering Dynamics environments, managing ALM pipelines, and supporting end users. You will also assist with Office 365 Government G5 environment management and ensure all systems comply with NIST and FISMA frameworks.
What you'll do
- Develop and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions including canvas apps and business process flows
- Design enterprise system architectures aligned with strategic business objectives
- Administer Dynamics environments and manage solution inventory and schema
- Enforce least privilege security models and manage role-based access controls
- Configure UX components, business rules, and automated workflows
- Monitor system performance metrics, capacity, and license utilization
- Deploy managed solutions and integrations following ALM pipelines
- Document configurations, architectural designs, and integration patterns
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
- Knowledge of Office 365 Government G5 environment and cloud security
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST 800-53 and FISMA
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management and deployment pipelines
- Must be a current resident of South Carolina with no relocation allowed
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and criminal history checks
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI reporting and data modeling in Dataverse
- Knowledge of API connections in Microsoft Government cloud environments
- Familiarity with public health or government IT systems compliance
- Project management experience using IT project methodologies
