You will lead a small engineering pod within the CareHub team, balancing architectural decisions with hands-on development. This position offers high agency to improve technical standards and mentor engineers while collaborating closely with product and design teams.
What you'll do
- Define architecture and technical roadmap for CareHub
- Write code and lead design reviews for your pod
- Collaborate with product and UX on feature feasibility
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on technical skills
- Address customer feedback and bugs with support teams
What you'll need
- Strong technical ability and product mindset
- Experience making architecture decisions for scaled web apps
- Comfortable presenting ideas and seeking input
- Enjoys solving problems in a collaborative startup environment
- Views AI as essential to the software development lifecycle
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a tech or team lead
- Background in scaling large production systems
- Experience building products from zero to one
- Familiarity with FHIR, SQL, or GraphQL
- Prior work in healthcare or high-security industries
