What you'll do
- Conduct client discovery sessions to uncover business and technical requirements
- Translate client needs into clear solution recommendations and requirements
- Support template-based implementation projects for connected business systems
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve implementation efficiency
- Assist in product demonstrations and technical sales conversations
- Coordinate with internal technical resources for complex project needs
What you'll need
- 1-4 years in business analysis, SaaS implementation, or solutions consulting
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions
- Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and API concepts
- Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude to streamline work and boost productivity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client-facing responsibilities
Nice to have
- Exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
