You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers using HappyRobot’s AI infrastructure. Your work involves diagnosing complex problems, designing quick fixes, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve platform reliability.
Beyond traditional support, you will apply prompt engineering skills to fine-tune AI workers. This ensures accuracy and speed in real-world logistics operations while helping customers maximize the value of the platform.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve customer technical issues under tight deadlines
- Debug problems within the AI platform and third-party integrations
- Design and test quick solutions for customer-specific workflows
- Apply prompt engineering to tune AI worker accuracy and speed
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to strengthen the platform
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What you'll need
- Full-stack comfort with Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience managing APIs and integrations with external systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently
- Familiarity with LLM prompting and voice/transcriber tuning
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
