Join Praxipal to lead the technical onboarding of medical practices using Luna, an AI receptionist automating patient communication. You will ensure seamless integration of the software into existing telephone systems and practice management tools, laying the foundation for successful adoption in healthcare facilities across Europe.
What you'll do
- Analyze existing telephony infrastructure and practice management systems for new clients
- Configure SIP connections, call forwarding, and integrations with systems like Ivoris
- Guide practices through the entire technical onboarding process from analysis to activation
- Manage multiple parallel onboarding projects by prioritizing based on urgency
- Serve as the primary technical contact for non-technical practice staff
- Document integration steps and configuration details systematically
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to escalate specific technical requirements
- Identify recurring integration hurdles and propose process improvements
What you'll need
- Completed education in computer science, IT system integration, or similar field
- Knowledge of telephony concepts such as SIP trunks and CLIP no screening
- Experience with phone systems like AGFEO, FritzBox, or Auerswald
- Proficient in command line usage and Windows Server administration
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent onboardings
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Native-level proficiency in German
