You will provide first-level technical support to customers integrating Constructor’s AI search platform into their websites and mobile apps. Responsibilities include onboarding assistance, API education, and resolving integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
The position requires availability between 5am and 1pm UTC. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal technical resources, ensuring smooth product catalog configuration and data retrieval.
What you'll do
- Onboard customers and guide them through technical integration processes
- Educate clients on using Constructor APIs and open source libraries
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues with success teams
- Configure product catalogs including facets, searchabilities, and sort orders
- Document common issues and improve integration documentation
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with clear technical explanations
What you'll need
- Proven experience in customer or technical support roles
- Knowledge of REST-based web services and API integration best practices
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to issue resolution
- Available to work between 5am and 1pm UTC
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JSON, CSV, and basic search/index concepts
- Experience with debugging tools like Postman or browser dev tools
- Understanding of A/B testing and HTTP network request routing
- Background in JavaScript web application development
