As a Technical Lead, you will own the execution of major engineering initiatives. You will design scalable systems, write code, and mentor engineers while solving complex production problems in a distributed environment.
What you'll do
- Own technical design and execution for major products and systems
- Design scalable backend, frontend, API, and infrastructure solutions
- Write code, prototype, review, and debug alongside the team
- Drive architecture decisions balancing speed, cost, and reliability
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear technical plans
- Mentor engineers and raise overall engineering quality standards
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, or distributed systems
- Strong skills in system design for high-scale applications
- Proven ability to remain hands-on with coding tasks
- Track record of leading projects from design to production
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
