As a Technical Lead, you will own the technical execution for major systems, balancing architecture decisions with active development. You will work in a distributed global team to build scalable, reliable platforms used by millions.
What you'll do
- Own technical design and execution for major products and engineering initiatives
- Design scalable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases and infrastructure
- Write code, prototype features, and conduct code reviews alongside the team
- Drive architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability and cost
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear technical solutions
- Improve engineering quality through better testing, security and observability
- Lead critical technical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems
- Deep expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems or cloud infrastructure
- Strong system design and architecture skills for high-scale environments
- Strong coding ability with a willingness to remain hands-on
- Track record of leading major engineering projects from design to production
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs and solve complex production issues
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience scaling engineering teams or systems during significant growth
- Experience operating across multiple products, markets or countries
