As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the design and delivery of end-to-end systems, from user-facing interfaces to backend services and cloud infrastructure. You will provide hands-on guidance to developers, define coding standards, and ensure best practices across the software development lifecycle.
The team focuses on unifying technology and data for private markets, leveraging AI to reimagine workflows. You will balance performance, reliability, and user experience while driving the adoption of cloud-native architectures.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and design of full-stack applications and cloud infrastructure
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across frontend and backend
- Define coding standards, enforce quality, and conduct thorough code reviews
- Build backend services using Python/FastAPI or Java/Spring Boot
- Develop modern web apps with ReactJS, TypeScript, and reusable UI components
- Deploy and optimize applications on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
- Design scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs with focus on security
- Leverage AI tools to enhance developer productivity and product features
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) or Java
- Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and state management
- Experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-driven applications or integrating LLMs
- Familiarity with event-driven systems like Kafka or SNS/SQS
- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience with performance tuning and AWS cost optimization
