Join lemlist, a bootstrapped and profitable B2B SaaS company, as you design and ship fullstack features for their Sales Engagement and Social Selling platforms. You will start as a Senior Developer, focusing on code quality and performance, before transitioning into a leadership position where you set technical standards and mentor your squad.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end features collaborating with the Product team
- Refactor codebase to improve performance and fix bugs
- Mentor developers and share technical knowledge
- Drive technical choices and quality standards as Tech Lead
- Solve complex technical issues with the engineering team
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, and MongoDB
- Proven track record in building and maintaining web apps
- Fluent in both French and English
- Based in French timezone (+/- 2 hours)
- Autonomous, collaborative, and eager to learn
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS startups
- Background in scaling SaaS products massively
- Familiarity with advanced performance optimization
- History of self-taught hacking or side projects
