You will lead a product vertical for KIRA's AI finance superapp, covering payments, insurance, and wealth management. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial tools.
Working with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will define strategy, manage roadmaps, and ensure products meet high standards for security and correctness. This is a key role in building trusted, auditable financial applications for millions of users.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
