You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native finance platform covering payments, insurance, and wealth management. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on API design, data flows, and scalability
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI features with strict evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Ops, and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Background defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
