You will own a product vertical for BJAK's AI Investing Superapp, managing strategy, roadmap, and technical delivery. The role requires balancing AI innovation with the reliability and regulatory strictness inherent in financial products.
Working with global teams, you will align engineering, compliance, and operations to ship trusted financial tools. The focus is on building systems where money is correct and AI features are predictable and auditable.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
