You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI Investing Superapp, covering payments, remittance, insurance, and trading. The role demands balancing AI innovation with strict reliability, regulatory compliance, and financial accuracy.
Working with global teams, you will define strategy, shape technical design, and ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, compliance, and operations to launch trusted financial products.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management for complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
