BJAK is expanding beyond insurance to help users spend, save, and invest through an AI-native superapp. As Technical Product Lead, you will own a product vertical, balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability required for financial transactions.
You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to ship secure, auditable products that handle real money. The role demands deep technical understanding and the ability to make trade-offs between speed, cost, and regulatory correctness.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Strong judgment for trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
