You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI Investing Superapp, handling strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards of financial products.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will ensure products are secure, auditable, and trusted while moving real money across payments, insurance, and trading rails.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product design
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management for complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
