You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Neobank Superapp, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. This position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable financial products.
The team operates globally with a focus on delivering trusted, auditable, and high-performance financial applications. You will collaborate across engineering, compliance, and operations to ship features that handle real money securely.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
