BJAK is expanding from its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive AI Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, wealth, and trading. This role requires owning a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory adherence while leveraging AI where it genuinely improves outcomes.
You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to build trusted financial products. The position demands strong technical judgment to manage trade-offs between speed, cost, and correctness in a high-consequence domain.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into product
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
