KIRA is expanding its financial platform into an AI-native Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a specific product vertical, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery while ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to build trusted financial tools. The role requires balancing AI innovation with deterministic systems to ensure money movement is correct, auditable, and secure.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs and reviews
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
